The house accommodates up to 8 guests, featuring 2 double bedrooms with king-size beds, a twin room, and a sofa bed for two in the open space. There are three bathrooms, two with large walk-in showers. The private kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, and microwave, and an Italian breakfast is included. Each bedroom has air conditioning. You will find Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV with on-demand services, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, baby cot, and a dedicated workspace for your comfort. Enjoy mountain views throughout your stay. Outside, relax in the private garden with barbecue and an uncovered private terrace. There is also a covered terrace with built-in kitchen, complete with dishes, cookware, barbecue, and wood-fired oven, plus an outdoor shower for more open-air enjoyment. The beach is nearby and public transport is easily accessible. A tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away. Events are not allowed on the property. Private parking is available for an extra fee.
